Over 10 years experience in international project management, venture building, digital & e-commerce. He started working in academia, at the University of Southern Denmark, simultaneously leading fintech projects in London. Later, at Nova Founders VC, he managed operations of the fastest growing financial aggregator in Malaysia & led the most recognised Private Equity event in CEE. After moving back to Poland he consulted dozens of digital businesses, started his own direct-to-consumer businesses, co-founded gaming marketing agency Gameset and helped influencers to create their own brands. Over 12 years of experience in marketing. He has gained experience working in creative, digital and event marketing agencies, managing campaigns for brands. In the years 2014-2019 he worked at Dentsu Aegis Network in Isobar, Posterscope and Dentsu X where he was responsible for the client service teams and managing New Business departments. In 2020, he joined the TikTok CEE team as a Business Partnerships Manager working with the largest tech, telco and e-commerce brands on the Polish market. Winner of Innovation Awards, KTR, Effie and Golden Arrow.
12 years in marketing. One of the pioneers of the social media marketing industry in Poland. He started in 2008 in Saatchi & Saatchi IS where he built a social media department. One of the creators of Lubie to – linked by Isobar agency, which he co-lead from a startup, through acquisition by Dentsu, to one of the best ad agencies in Poland (M&MP Agency of the Year 2012-2016; Effie Agency of the Year 2016). In 2017 co-founded and took CEO position of a gaming marketing agency: Gameset, where he worked with Epic Games on the launch of Fortnite on 17 CEE markets. In 2018 Gameset received 13 awards at Cannes Lions festival. Jury member in Euro Effie, Effie Polska, Innovation Awards, Golden Arrow.
